PREMISE:
Peace is shattered when Donkey Kong - proud protector of the tropical archipelago - is captured by a mysterious and bloodthirsty crew of pirates, for reasons unknown. His meek but eager-to-prove-himself best friend, Diddy, sets out to rescue him, with the help of his spirited companions.
